Interactive Hypnosis Magic Trick

This weeks interactive magic trick is a test used by hypnotists to discover if their subject is susceptible to being hypnotized.

I first time I came across this magic trick was in John Fishers book ‘Body Magic’. I was still at primary school and I had a great time sharing the effect with my school friends. Much later in my life I discovered that stage hypnotists using the interactive magic trick as part of their induction of a subject to discover if the said person will be susceptible to being hypnotized. In the modern day, ‘street hypnotists’ are also using this technique.

I have not seen this effect performed on TV or heard it on the radio being performed as an interactive magic trick. So please have a look and tell me what you think!
